Estate Improvement Works
- Provision and upgrading of amenities such as covered walkways, playgrounds and residents’ corners etc.
Issuance and
Payment
- Collection of service and conservancy charges
- Issuance of Temporary Occupational License (TOL) and permits for use of common areas and facilities
Enforcement
- Enforcement against the breach
of Town Council by-laws
