We are extremely pleased with the JBTC’s strong support for taking the swift actions to rejuvenate the ailing conditions of the Bird Treliis at Blk 74 Whampoa Drive. It was well executed within 3 working days, effective 26 Aug 2024 and everything is in immaculate condition now. Furthermore, it allowed the successful organizing of a massive Bird Singing Competition on 1 Sep 2024 on a gorgeous brand new Trellis. Our participants swore good remarks and they all look forward to more such events in the near future.

I like to express appreciation to your officer Ms Tem who has been patient and follow up closely to my request for help to look into my hopper bin door which had been damaged and loosen by residents throwing heavy debris from upstairs. (I’m on the 2nd floor). Despite some delays in waiting for the spare parts a lateness of the contractors on day of repair, everything was fine and Ms Tem also took effort to offer and arrange for cleaners to collect garbage trash from my door step every morning.

Thanks for Town Council service and goodwill in this matter.

I would like to commend you and your plumbers for reducing the water plump sound though please work with HDB to totally eradicating the sound.

Thank you for the signs put up at the 2nd floor lift lobby which created awareness and reduced noises significantly. Thank you also for fixing the common rubbish chute and putting up a sign to remind residents not to leave trash at the chute area. The chute closing mechanism needs fixing again. Kindly schedule a repair soon. I jump every time someone slams the chute cover and I work from home and have meeting calls. Thank you for looking after the needs of residents.
